About the program

We are an AI startup [Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning] focused on providing automation driven solutions for legal and finance domain. The Founder has deep domain and consulting experience in Taxation and compliance solutions for PSU & Banks. We are looking for an experienced PSU / Bank officers of senior grade to drive our product growth in the sector. The founders have already worked with clients like Bank of Baroda, CSB Bank and State PSUs in Karnataka and the existing clients will be an advantage for the selected staff to drive the growth faster

The selected staff will be hired on pure commission basis for 3 months and based on performance the salary will be fixed + variable in 60:40 ratio.  Candidate can be from any background but should've worked in business growth/ branch manager roles in their respective organisation.

Who can apply?

Only those Senior Citizen can apply who:

1. are from BCOM
2. and specialisation from BCOM
3. are available for duration of 12 Months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Terms of Engagement

1. Pure commission based role for 3 months with simple conversion target of 1 PSU/Bank/ Corporate client

2. Post that, salary will have fixed plus variable component

3. Candidate will have to follow all rules applicable to regular staff to the company

4. Remote working and flexible working hours permitted subject to monthly performance review
