About the program

We are looking for a Manager for our Apartment complex. The individual will be responsible for day to day administration  of the Apartment complex.. He has to supervise housekeeping staff, Security, Electrician & Plumber and ensure smooth operations & maintenance functions in the Apartment complex. Will be required to follow up with resident for payment of dues, and interact with vendors for service contracts like Lift maintenance, CCTV etc
